Every Monday and Wednesday, I teach yoga classes at Finca Rosa Blanca in Santa Barbara de Heredia.

Classes are regularly priced at 6,000 CRC ($10 USD).

If you’ve never been to one of my classes before, I would like to invite you as my guest (free class). The next time you come, if you bring a friend with you who has never been to my class before then you both get a free class!

1. Your first class is FREE
2. Bring a friend for a second free class
3. Repeat step 2 until all your friends have joined you for yoga
